Is GST included in your prices?
Yes — every price on this page is GST-inclusive (10%). Your invoice shows GST as a separate line item for your accounting records.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight + destination. Free shipping kicks in on orders over $100 (any combination of DTF, gang sheet, or merch). Australia-wide tracked dispatch.
Are there bulk discounts beyond the trade tiers?
Yes — quantity discounts kick in automatically on Custom DTF at 10 (10% off), 20 (20% off), 50 (30% off), 100 (40% off), and 250+ (50% off). Trade discounts stack on top.
Do you charge any setup fees?
Never. No screen fees, no plate charges, no minimum-order penalties. The price you see on this page is the price you pay.
What's your reprint guarantee?
If the issue is on our end — colour off, registration off, peeling — we reprint at no charge. We check every artwork file before printing and flag potential issues before press.
