1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

• "Ink Fusion DTF", "we", "us", "our" refers to Ink Fusion DTF, an Australian business operating at inkfusiondtf.com.au.
• "Customer", "you", "your" refers to any individual or business entity that places an order or uses our services.
• "Services" means the production and supply of DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers, gang sheets, and any related printing services we offer.
• "Order" means any request by you for the supply of Services submitted via our website, email, or other agreed channel.
• "Artwork" means any graphic, image, design, logo, or print-ready file provided by you for production.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Ink Fusion DTF — whether via our website, email, phone, or any other channel — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are ordering on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Ordering & Payment

3.1 Quotes

All quotes provided via our website quote form, email, or phone are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice after that period.

3.2 Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us (via email) and payment has been received or a purchase order has been accepted for trade account holders. Production does not commence until order confirmation and payment (or approved trade terms) are in place.

3.3 Pricing & GST

All prices displayed on inkfusiondtf.com.au and in quotes are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST. Your tax invoice will show GST as a separate line item for your accounting records. Registered businesses can claim GST back through their BAS.

3.4 Payment Terms

• Retail customers: Full payment is required before production commences.
• Approved trade account holders: Payment terms are as agreed in writing at account setup (typically 7 or 14 days from invoice date).
• We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer (EFT), and other methods displayed at checkout.

3.5 Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production commences. Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted and no refund will be issued. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@inkfusiondtf.com.au.

4. Artwork & Files

4.1 File Requirements

You are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork that meets our file requirements. Our recommended specifications are:

• Minimum resolution: 300 DPI at print size (150 DPI minimum accepted)
• Accepted formats: PNG (preferred), PDF, AI, EPS, PSD
• Transparent background (PNG) for DTF transfers
• CMYK or RGB colour mode

4.2 Artwork Check

We perform a complimentary artwork check on every file before production. If we identify issues that may affect print quality, we will contact you before proceeding. However, this check is provided as a courtesy and does not guarantee that all potential issues will be identified. Final responsibility for artwork quality rests with the customer.

4.3 Colour Accuracy

DTF printing uses a CMYK ink process. Colours on screen (RGB) will vary from printed output. We do not guarantee exact colour matching unless a Pantone-approximate colour match service has been specifically arranged in writing (available for trade orders). We recommend requesting a test print for colour-critical work before placing a large order.

4.4 Approval

By submitting artwork and confirming an order, you confirm that the artwork is approved for production. Any changes requested after production has commenced may incur additional charges or cannot be accommodated.

5. Turnaround & Delivery

5.1 Turnaround Times

Our standard turnaround is 2–3 business days from the date production commences (i.e., from the day your order is confirmed, artwork is approved, and payment is received). Express and rush options may be available — contact us to confirm availability.

Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, equipment failure, or supply shortages.

5.2 Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and delivery location and are displayed at checkout. We dispatch via tracked courier services Australia-wide. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

We are not liable for loss or damage caused by the courier after dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

5.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon handover to the courier / dispatch from our facility.

6. Quality & Reprints

We take pride in our print quality. If your order contains a verified print defect — meaning the finished product differs materially from a correctly supplied, print-ready file due to an error on our part — we will reprint the affected items at no charge.

Quality reprints are subject to:

• A claim being submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Photographic evidence of the defect being provided
• The original artwork file being re-supplied if required

We do not reprint orders where the issue arises from low-resolution artwork, incorrect colours in the supplied file, customer-approved proofs, or normal variation inherent to the DTF printing process.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because all orders are custom-produced to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds or reprints are only provided where we have made a verified production error (see Section 6).

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) where those rights cannot be excluded by law.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Your Artwork

You retain all intellectual property rights in the artwork you supply to us. By submitting artwork, you grant Ink Fusion DTF a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce that artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

8.2 Your Representations

By submitting artwork, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use all elements of the artwork
• The artwork does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, or design rights
• The artwork does not contain unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or otherwise prohibited content

You indemnify Ink Fusion DTF against any claims, losses, or damages arising from a breach of these representations.

8.3 Our IP

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Ink Fusion DTF or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ink Fusion DTF's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or your order will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of business, arising from the use of our services or any defect in goods supplied.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Privacy

We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria for the resolution of any dispute arising under these terms.
