Started in 2026 in a Melbourne garage with a single DTF printer and a frustration: every Australian print supplier was either too expensive, too slow, or treated small orders like an inconvenience. We built Ink Fusion to fix that.
We invested in industrial DTF printing systems — calibrated to deliver vibrant, durable prints. Premium DTF films, water-based inks, and a quality check on every transfer before it leaves the shop.
Industrial DTF Printer
Wide-format printer with white-ink overprint and pre-press colour calibration to keep brand colours consistent across runs.
Heat-Cure Tunnel
Industrial curing tunnel locks the adhesive powder to the film for a finish that survives hot washes, dryers, and daily wear.
Colour Calibration
Every order is checked against a calibrated swatch before it ships. If it doesn't match, it doesn't leave the building.

If we got it wrong, we reprint it free, shipping included.
