Privacy Policy.
How we collect, use and protect your information. We only ever use your details to fulfil your order and support your account.
Last updated: 2026. This policy explains how Ink Fusion DTF ("we", "us") handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
1 · What we collect
We collect information you give us directly — your name, email, postal and billing addresses, phone number, business/ABN details (for trade accounts), and the artwork files you upload. We also collect basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) to keep the site secure and working.
2 · How we use it
To process and dispatch your orders, provide order tracking and email updates, respond to enquiries, manage trade accounts and tier discounts, store your artwork library for reordering, and meet our tax and legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
3 · Payment
Card payments are processed by PayPal — we do not store full card numbers. How we handle uploaded artwork and personal imagery is set out in section 4.
4 · Artwork, photographs & personal imagery
Your artwork, photographs and personal information are treated with care and confidentiality at Ink Fusion DTF.
Any artwork, photographs, logos or personal imagery you provide to us are supplied for the purpose of completing your order. We do not sell, publicly distribute, publish or use your personal artwork or photographs for unrelated purposes.
Your images stay private
Personal photographs and customer-supplied artwork will not be posted on our website, social media, advertising or promotional material without your permission.
Images depicting children are treated as private production material and will not be used for advertising, social media or promotional purposes without appropriate permission or another lawful basis.
Secure handling
Access to customer artwork and personal imagery is limited to Ink Fusion personnel and authorised service providers who reasonably require access to prepare, produce, administer or fulfil your order.
We take reasonable steps to protect customer files from unauthorised access, misuse, loss, modification or disclosure.
After your order
Once your artwork or personal imagery is no longer reasonably required for production, administration, legitimate record-keeping or legal purposes, it will be securely deleted or destroyed in accordance with our data-retention procedures.
You may also contact us to request deletion of personal imagery we hold, subject to any legitimate business or legal requirement for us to retain particular records.
Your artwork remains yours
Providing artwork or photographs to Ink Fusion does not transfer ownership of your material to us.
You give Ink Fusion limited permission to process, resize, prepare and reproduce the material only as reasonably necessary to complete and administer your order.
Your artwork. Your images. Your privacy.
If you have any questions about how your artwork or personal information is handled, please contact Ink Fusion DTF before submitting your order.
5 · Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies to run the cart and your login, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser without breaking core functionality.
6 · Third parties
We share information only with the providers needed to deliver your order — couriers, payment processors, and our email delivery service — and only the data required for that purpose. These providers are bound to protect your information.
7 · Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Email info@inkfusiondtf.com.au and we'll action reasonable requests within a reasonable time.
8 · Security & changes
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. We may update this policy from time to time; the current version always lives on this page.
