Can I switch tiers?
Tiers are based on your monthly DTF spend — $0+ Starter, $500+ Growth, $1,500+ Pro, $4,000+ Enterprise. We review your spend monthly and bump you up automatically — no paperwork, no reapplication.
Are there setup fees?
None. No application fees, no monthly fees, no hidden charges. Ever.
Can I apply if I'm not a registered business?
Yes. Sole traders and side-hustles are welcome — ABN is optional.
Does the trade discount stack with quantity discounts?
Yes. Volume price breaks apply first (the per-piece tier on the product page), then your trade tier comes off the cart total on top. The combined saving shows as a line item at checkout.
What happens if my monthly spend drops?
Nothing punitive. Tiers are reviewed monthly — if a quiet month puts you under the next threshold, you keep your current tier for a 30-day grace period before stepping down. You can always step back up on the next review.
Can I pay on invoice / Net-30?
Net-30 invoicing is included on the Pro tier ($1,500+/mo) and Enterprise tier ($4,000+/mo). Starter and Growth check out with card, PayPal or Afterpay. Email info@inkfusiondtf.com.au after approval to set up your account.
